About the organization
The district's crisis response team supports students and staff after traumatic events, a death, a serious incident, or a community tragedy, with planning, presence, and follow-up care.
The work is quiet and mostly invisible: making sure the right adults are in the right hallways, and that no student goes through the worst day of their life alone.
How a school responds in the first 48 hours shapes how a student carries an event for years. Being one of the calm adults in that room matters.
My role
